It discusses Directives that make up the Community rights, such as parent-subsidiary relations of companies, taxation of interests and royalties, mergers and divisions of companies, mutual assistance and exchange of information, collection, dispute resolution, arbitration, etc. It also analyses the European Court of Justice case law concerning the rights and guarantees of taxpayers in general on all matters mentioned above
