- Summary
- Environmental taxes can be efficient tools for successful environmental policy. Their use, however, has been limited in many countries. In their contributions, the authors explore the scope of environmental pricing and examine a variety of national experiences in environmental policy integration, to identify the most effective use of taxation and policy for environmental sustainability. The book is divided into four parts: (1) case studies in policy integration; (2) the challenges of subsidies; (3) competitiveness considerations and (4) strategic considerations
